Cook Off 2012

The 2012 BBQ Cook Off will be February 23th - 25th, 2012
Mark your calendar NOW!!

In 2012 our booth numbers will remain the same, C1036 and C1037. If you would like a listing of the 2011 cooking teams, Click Here.

In addition, HLSR has approved us to utilize the grass esplanade to the east of our tent as a fenced in addition to our space. In addition, we will have the opportunity to cover the front portion of the space with a tent. This variance will help us alleviate overcrowding issues and give our donors and their guests a more enjoyable experience.

We are looking for a few new donors for 2012. Donor Packages start at just $250 and go up from there. To get more info, go to our Donor Information Page. If you happen to be a returning Donor and would like to see these changes and participate again, just fill out our Returning Donor Form and pay for your donor level either online or by check.

NOTE: The number of donors will be limited again this year due to occupancy and size limitations. We suggest that you make your decision early, sign up and pay your donor level to guarantee your participation. We have opened donations up to new donors so if you are a returning donor, please sign up now.
