*VIP passes and one day tickets good for holder and one guest. One day tickets are split equally between Friday and Saturday nights, except for Day Pass Lever which will select either Friday or Saturday. VIP passes and one day tickets do not include admission into the cook off grounds. Entry tickets and parking passes can be purchase separately.

The Event is scheduled for Feb. 25th - 27th, 2010 and every donor will receive:

I hereby certify that my company or myself wishes to participate as a donor for the Cut Above Cooking Team at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World Championship BBQ Cook Off and to HLSR auctions.

I also understand that by participating as a Donor, in consideration of my participation in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World Championship BBQ Contest at the Reliant Stadium parking lot, I (we) hereby release the Cut Above Cooking Team and CACT, Inc. (“CACT”), its officers, employees and agents, and any other people officially connected with this event, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, sickness or injury from whatever source, legal entanglements, imprisonment, death, or loss of money, which might occur while participating in this event. Specifically, I release said persons from any liability or responsibility for my physical condition, or actions of my own fruition or of any actions of other participants. I understand that participation in this event is strictly voluntary and I freely chose to participate.

You understand that each VIP Badge or One Day Pass will admit only the holder and one guest into the CACT tent. VIP Badges are good for access throughout the event while one day passes are only good for Friday or Saturday.

If I checked "Yes" for CACT to use my company URL and logo on the CACT web site, I agree to allow CACT to use our company logo off of our web site and place said logo, our web site front page URL and our company information on the CACT web site Donor Page. In addition, I will review the sample Donor Page as directed by the CACT webmaster and notify CACT of my approval of same. If I do not notify CACT within 2 work days of email notification that the sample is available for review, CACT may assume I have approved the sample and is available for posting on the CACT web site. If I happen to be a Silver Level Donor or above, I also agree to allow CACT to use said logo, URL and company information on the CACT Donor Board which will be presented inside the CACT tent during cook off.
